Anti Jam Features
The Onyx HD7700 Ultima is supplied as standard with two anti-jam features. The first is an electric anti jam, so that in the unlikely event the machine jams, simply turn it off for a moment, the back on and the motor will go into reverse and free the jam. Should the jam be such that the Die pins cannot be released then the manual reverse feature can be utilised and the Die pins released by simply inserting and turning the release lever in the direction indicated.Side-Lay Micro Adjuster
Using the lift & Shift (Quick Adjust) side gauge, in conjunction with clearly marked paper size markings on top of the machine move the side lay into position. Then use the micro adjust dial to gain absolutely accurate sheet position.Quick Change Punch Tool
Changing the punch (die) tool on the HD7700 is quick and very simple. Just pull the release levers each side of the machine forward, hold the end of the tool and pull the tool straight out of the machine. Insertion is just the reverse of this process. Once you have the two lock arms back up, the green indicator will light and full operation can be resumed.More Information
