Optima V Series

The Optima series of digital cutting machines provides the user with a large range of finishing processes such as cutting and creasing, meeting the requirements of many markets and applications in the offset/digital printing industry, display and packaging market, apparel and leather industry. It’s the ideal solution for short/medium runs of die cutting textile/cardboard patterns, prototyping, furnishing creation, and much more. Precision, reliability and flexibility are the key features. Simple and intuitive to use, the Optima series incorporates refined cutting technology that can satisfy the most demanding users.

Applications

The Optima series is an ideal machine for a wide range of applications, including prototyping, offset and digital printing, POP/POS, packaging, apparel and leather industries. Its versatile design and powerful hardware makes it suitable for die cutting up to 20mm in thickness. It is popular among prestigious brands, creative designers and technical studios due to its unique quality and flexibility. Typical applications include cutting materials like paper, cardstock, vinyl, foam board, fabric, leather and more. OptiCrop Camera

The Optima comes as standard with a camera for crop mark detection. This device, used in combination with optional software OptiCrop, can perform accurate contour cutting and creasing around pre-printed media even with print-distorted materials.

Optional Versatool

Now all Ultra V magnetic heads are compatible with the Invicta with the addition of the new ‘VersaTool’. This combines the range and versatility of the ultra V series tools, with the speed and efficiency of the Invicta range.

Table Sizes

The Valiani Optima series comes in 4 table sizes, from 800 x 540mm for small prototyping and short print runs where space is at a premium, up to 1230 x 2500mm for larger POS displays and large format printing. Also available on request is the Optima 265 with a huge working area of 1600 x 2650mm.
