At CLC we supply Print Finishing Equipment from all the market leaders. We also understand that the after sales service is sometimes more important than the actual equipment sale itself.
Our customers have busy working environment and need to ensure their equipment is working at all times to meet with their demanding print finishing requirements.
We have our own servicing team with over 30 years’ experience in the industry who are available to back up all the products we sell, we pride ourselves on our after sales service team.
All new equipment comes with the manufacturer’s warranty thereafter we have a number of options available to ensure your machinery is running in the most effective way possible.
We offer the following options:
Service Contracts
After the warranty has expired CLC will offer our customers a Service Contract especially on machines we think are business critical machines. We have different levels of cover available, please call our Service Team for more information on 01324 473 233.
Repairs & Regular Servicing
If you do not have a Service Contract with CLC we can offer a one-off callout to repair or service your equipment. Our engineers can either repair your machine at your own premises or we can carry out a workshop repair at our premises if it is deemed necessary.
Guillotine Servicing
and Blade Sharpening
Guillotine Users need to comply with legal requirements imposed by:
- The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 1992
- Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1992
- Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER 98)
These regulations include a requirement for competent persons to maintain, check, inspect and test machines at suitable intervals. The results must be recorded in a service log book.
CLC supply these log books as part of our service contracts, our engineers have been trained by the guillotine manufacturers to carry out this work to a very high standard.
