CLC Presentation Systems Covid 19 Business Update

We are currently living and working in an ever-changing landscape due to Covid 19 (Coronavirus) which is certainly presenting various challenges to every one of us. In order to help where we can, I wanted to provide an update of our current actions and provide some useful information in relation to what we are doing at CLC.

The UK Government has announced restrictions on all UK businesses and following this guidance we have some staff working remotely, however, we are available to help with any machine faults, accept orders by telephone or via email, and facilitate deliveries if possible.

Machines and Supplies

At present we have a large stock of both consumables and machines. Providing that the supply and transport network allows us, we will try to support our customer’s needs.

Service:

We will still be available to our contract customers, if they need any help. However, there may be some delay in providing on-site support, if our engineer is allowed access, we will try to continue with on-site visits. The health of our engineers and customers remain our priority.

Therefore, we will be following government guidelines carefully.  In the first instance we will offer a telephone or video option to try and resolve the problem which hopefully will take away the need for a site visit.

Sales:

Our sales team are working as normal from home to provide quotations and react to all sales enquiries.
