This versatile machine offers a range of cutting capabilities, including cutting, kiss cutting, die cutting, and creasing. It can work on a variety of paper and card stocks up to 6 mm thick, with sheet sizes up to 800 x 600 mm.
With the PFI Blade, you can easily expand your business offerings and approach different market sectors with products such as shaped greetings cards, kiss-cut hanging tags, paper bags and luxury packaging. Digital die cutting gives you the flexibility to cut, kiss cut, crease and perforate a variety of substrates on demand.
Features include: no physical dies required; an affordable and versatile short-run production solution; sample making and prototyping designs; an automated material feeding system; easy job preparation and set-up with the PFI Blade Connect Software; a CCD camera automatic registration system; and compact cutting heads.
It has a max sheet size of 800 x 600 mm, a min sheet size of 210 x 279 mm, a feeder capacity of 100mm, and a cutting thickness up to 6mm with a max cutting speed of 1200mm per second.
